Tannetje Crocker, DVM: One of the biggest pieces of advice I can give you, if you're launching social media for the first time at the hospital is get your team involved. You will have team members [who] probably are already really active on these platforms, they understand them really well. Oftentimes, the veterinarian does not need to be the person that is developing the content.
